Here is a list of things to consider as you tour your potential new home. Remember, repairs and changes can always be made, but these are great things to think about during your showings!
- Take pictures of anything that you have further questions about
- Are there enough outlets & lighting in each room for your needs?
- What areas can we easily add equity? (flooring, paint, etc)
- Does the layout and size of the rooms work for you?
- Does the yard space work for you?
- Is there enough parking space?
- Is there enough hidden storage? (attic, basement, closets, etc)
- Are amenities and entertainment options close enough for you?
- Can you imagine yourself living here?
