About Roland Park
There are so many reasons why I love Roland Park. The Roland Park Neighborhood captured my heart the first time I drove through this iconic northern city neighborhood with its timeless appeal and stunning homes. This historic neighborhood, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, boasts tree-lined streets, stately homes, and an enchanting atmosphere that radiates classic charm. The architectural diversity, from Tudor-style residences to elegant colonial houses, creates a visually captivating streetscape. The bustling Roland Avenue offers a delightful array of shops, cafes, and local businesses that encourage neighbors to spend time gathering together. The nearby Sherwood Gardens, a blooming oasis of tulips in spring, adds a burst of color and serenity to the neighborhood. Roland Park is not just a place to live; it’s a community that embraces a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, making it an absolute joy to call home.

About Mt. Washington
There also so many reasons why I love Mt. Washington. Nestled in the heart of northern Baltimore, the Mt. Washington neighborhood captivates us with its unique blend of charm and convenience. The tree-lined streets and picturesque homes create a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a suburban oasis within the city. Mt. Washington Village, with its boutique shops and locally-owned cafes, adds a touch of character to the community. I love the vibrant sense of community fostered by events like the Farmers’ Market, where neighbors come together to shop and visit with one another. The proximity to green spaces like Cylburn Arboretum and the Jones Falls Trail allows for convenient outdoor adventures. The neighborhood has a rich history, which is shown in some of it’s interesting and evident architecture and landmarks like the Mt. Washington Mill, doubling as a convenient place to grab your Starbucks and shop at Whole Foods. Mt. Washington affords the perfect balance of urban living and small-town warmth, making it a sought-after Baltimore City neighborhood.
